Not found page missing styles/fonts on v13.4.10

Hello all. This hasn't been an issue until recently, but it appears that my 404 page is broken. I just recently updated to v13.4.10 and my custom not-found.js file in the app directory is no longer serving the correct styles or fonts. I'm currently using the app directory, next/font/google and TailwindCSS for my website. I've attached a photo of what I am seeing (attachment #1). After downgrading to v13.4.6, it seems to be fixed (attachment #2). Does anyone else have this issue?

This issue seems to be fixed in v13.4.12, I did not realize this version was published already.

After some thinking, it just seems that the root layout is not being applied to the not-found.js file. I think this because:

1. A body background color is being set in layout.js, but is no longer present
2. Fonts declared in the root layout are not being used
3. Custom styling imported globally in the root layout are working, but the inherited layout is not
Possibly related to https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/52974 ?

This issue seems to be fixed in v13.4.12, I did not realize this version was published already.
