i'd say that we can never know the future. just choose the path you like doing the most. if you like doing web dev, then continue learning, but if you like something else, learn it.

because we can't know the future, we should just make the bet

if the bet turns out to be good, we are good, if the bet turns out to be bad, we try again with a different thing

I am from india and still able access it. if you have issues i will recommend please install free vpn extension on chrom and change the locaton to usa once you sign up then you can change the location.
