I understand that within the app folder we have to use special file names like Route.js and Page.js. However, I have many tabs open in my editor and I just see a bunch of Routes and Pages. Is there an alternative way to name these files to make them more distinguishable?

No but in VSCodee you can enable the setting to display what folder it belongs to
also JetBrain WebStorm shows folder name if there are same file names
