Hi! I was building my site and i want to deploy it to vercel. Can I use russian phone number for account creation? And if not, for what reason i can't?

I think you can just sign up with your email/github account. I dont think i ever gave vercel my phone number

Vercel employees are not active here, i dont work for vercel so cant help with that, i think you should ask in https://github.com/orgs/vercel/discussions which is the official support channel for non-paid users where vercel employees are at least more active
