Trying to deploy a project on Vercel but continue to get this message 'ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE  Cannot install with "frozen-lockfile" because pnpm-lock.yaml is not up to date with package.json' . I have tried the following steps to resolve to no avail:

1. Deleted the existing pnpm-lock.yaml file from your project.
2. Ran pnpm install again.

3. tried running pnpm install --no-frozen-lockfile as suggested in the error message.

My pnpm -v: 7.33.3
