How does SEO work with fetched data?

Hello,
I am going to build an SSR application, but the SEO of the API fetched page part is unclear to me.
When user navigates to /premier-league/liverpool it is going to make a GET call to retrieve data.
I'll define routes like {league}/{club}, backend will return up-to-date data. API data will be renewed daily.
In SSR mode, how the build looks like? Will be html filled with data with the build time?
How can I make the SSR build daily up to date to make it seo friendly?
Edit: As far as I understand Static Generation is good option for me but I don't know how can I update the data because backend data is updated daily
