Which state management suits Next.js 13 well?

I have googled and found an article that he did not recommend redux because it's complex to setup and use for Next.js 13.

So I wonder anyone here, which state management tool do you use in Next.js 13?

Unsure, I'm trying to avoid state if possible. That said, I thought this was a nice video for using redux + Next JS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRLjoT4r-jc
